Survey to Measure Asthma Conditions

Sometimes asthma can take your breath away. Asthma also can make it hard to concentrate, do quality work or get a good night’s sleep without waking up. Often a chronic cough is the only symptom, and many cases of asthma go undiagnosed, although the effects don’t go unnoticed.

Our staff wants to have asthma related data to advocate for your health. Please take a few minutes and fill out a brief, anonymous survey.

Results will be posted on this web page.
